She says some of her friends whose parents are from Poland are also familiar with the balm's many benefits, so I guess it was used throughout Eastern Europe and not only in former USSR.

You look plenty feminine with this hair cut, absolutely suits you! White Stuff (snow) is a great brand here in England, well made products that last for years. I'm rarely without a book so having to fit that into a little bag as well as an umbrella (because there's no escaping rain here) is a bit more difficult, I'm not keen on big bags and my search is still on. Well done for finding yours :)

Love the bag! I carry a backpack that is more of a personal size. I’ve carried it on my chest for added security. Due to back issues, I prefer the double strap to balance the weight. I’ve only just started to carry an additional tote bag since many places in the United States are getting away from providing bags for purchases. Maybe one day you can demonstrate the use of the gold star ointment. I also wanted to tell you how beautiful you look with your new haircut. I’ve been away, so maybe you have had this classy look for a while. You look like Audrey Hepburn with this hairstyle. 😍

Hello Ana 🖐. I love "what's in my bag" videos. Your bag has a great size and you sure can get in a lot of things. The older I got, the bigger my handbag got and I can't find my stuff at the end 😅, but I need everything I carry. In addition I use another shopping bag sometimes just like you. I love your little hand sanitizer, it's so cute. I carry sanitizer tissues, because like you I use public transport etc. and I also used it before the pandemic, because it's about hygienic. I remember being told by a client shouldnt have pierced my nose when I was younger and is big. Really upset me stopped wearing and debate doing again. People often don't realize the effect of their words, opinions and hold onto rigid thinking. Your beauty, intentions and insights always shine And your an amazing woman /human being 😍💞

I want to be basic!! As plain and basic as i can. It takes so much energy to maintain a "special" persona. God forbid you ever break out of character! After a while you become a slave to it. I do not wish to bear social messages, advertisement, or otherwise someone else's agenda through the graphics on my clothes, bags, cars, etc.

Wow your haircut is lovely just as it was before. I have now reached the young age of 70. I got my first white hairs when I was about 17 I think! By the time I was 30 I had more white hairs than my dark brown ones and decided to put low lights in it. I've never liked going to the hairdressers but continued to go for quite a few years and have subtle colours put in. For the last over 10 years I have been pure white and not that I'm after complementary comments, I do get some about my hair colour. I love your weekly videos. xx

Whatever Ana, I like you the way you are and want to be. Life should be fun, easy going…it doesn’t last forever and a lot of what one think is important at one point in one’s life turns out not to be after all. There’s a lot of unnecessary noise in our lives.

I like my long hair exactly for the same reasons : it's the way it gives me the less work (as all hair are differents !) I have a remaining dreadlock from when I was 35, it has been on my head for 15 years OMG ! I used to have more of them I loved the fact I had nearly no maintenance hair with the dreadlocks (again it was like that for me / my own hair) Now the dread is nearly 1,20 meters !! I use it to make a nice knot with my other hair that needs no tool ! People talk about my hair... it's not because of the way they look it's just because I'm a woman and people think they have a right to comment how I dress, put my hair... as a form of control on my woman body. Sad society. I cut my hair myself, but sometimes ask my BF, but it's easier than cuting short hair that need a shape that I would not be able to make properly. It's nice too to go to the hairdresser ! It's nice to be taken care of sometimes too ! The most important is to feel good about our own self and body !

Dear Ana. It is so nice to see you again although I am sorry you are feeling down. I can relate to this very much. You have helped encourage me to start my writing practice again. I kept a journal for many years, from childhood up until about 5 years ago when my little home could not accommodate my little notebooks any further! I think it’s time to accept the inevitability of technology and start using some sort of iPad device that would allow me to write with a stylo on screen. That way I can keep my accounts (very important to me) and not take up space. It’s funny how much I find, looking back into journals from years ago, how much the solution was obvious or that I shouldn’t have even worried at all. Things always seem to work out in the end. By looking back I realise how much of my life I waste worrying. I try to use this as encouragement not to worry so much but it doesn’t always work. What does work is that I get to pour out all the feelings that are poisonous to me and I don’t have to bother anyone. I have many huge problems in my life but very few people to talk to so by writing I don’t burden them anymore than I have to, plus I can be fully honest anyway, in a way I couldn’t with any others in my life right now. I like your new short haircut (at end of video). I think it's very pretty with your face. It looks smooth, practical, streamlined, neat, and comfortable. It's totally silly that anyone would comment to criticize--you be yourself and do what pleases you most. People trying to label each other (or even themselves) has always struck me as silly--can be fun or functional, like a "minimalist" label, but beyond that I see no point. Those are just mental categories, projected. Keep being you, whatever that looks like from moment to moment! 💖 From my own experience I would say that our essential nature is unchanging and beyond time, and at the same time it's fun to play here with endless expressions of the dimensions of What We Are. Enjoy it!

Getting older ( I am going to 62 next month) I feel such a freedom being myself.Looking back I really want to hug my younger self, thinking how much anxiety,how much shyness and unhappiness the opinion of others has caused me.Everyone has an opinion about everything and now with social media the cancellation culture is rampant.I want to thank you,Ana for always being true to yourself and remember things get better with age!😊😊

I’m 47 now and finally ditching the dye because I’m just so tired of hiding who I am to make other people more comfortable with my appearance. It’s so hard not to care what people think though.
